No. The legal changes took place automatically and you will not notice any disruption to your services.
Whilst your retail and wholesale charges are not impacted by this change, your bill will look slightly different as it will be sent by Pennon Water Services operating under its brand name Source for Business.
If you pay by direct debit or through a vendor you do not need to change any payment details. However, we will write to you to notify you if changes are required and please always check the payment details on your bill to ensure you are making payments correctly.
No. Under the internal restructure there has not been any change to personnel responsible for your retail services. It is the same team with your best interests at heart.
