If you have received a bill based on an estimated reading and would like a bill for your actual meter reading, you can submit a meter reading below.
Some meters are in the road, under a relatively heavy manhole or deep in a metering chamber. You should only try to access your meter if it is safe to do so. If in any doubt do not attempt to access the meter.
If we have been unable to read your meter, you bill made have been calculated using estimated readings. Whilst estimates take into consideration your previous usage, they may not acurately reflect the amount of water you have used, especially if your use has significantly increase or decreased sinced your last bill.
